"SPRING UP" YOUR SPACE
Happy Spring y'all! I wanted to share some updates I have made to spruce my bedroom up. I added these blue accent art prints by Adam Trest to give the space some more blue pattern to carry through my room.
I love his work and think he has something for every space! This small change made my room more eclectic and what I call "southern preppy". I love this style because paired with varieties of plants, this makes your space ready for spring and summer.

SPINACH BANANA PROTEIN SHAKE
HEY GUYS! I wanted to share my recipe that I use to make a protein shake post-workout! I love how it has ingredients that not only taste good, but are beneficial to the recovery of your body and muscles. Working out is a great stress relief and what's more exciting while you're working out than thinking about the smoothie waiting for you?!
Recipe:
One Banana (if frozen- no ice)
Ice
1/2 Cup of Spinach
Vanilla Protein Powder
1 Cup Almond Milk
